Relentless pursuit of better

We’ll be looking to you to be responsible for leading the overall relationship with a key strategic retail partner. You will partner with key retail leadership to ensure agreements and expectations are met. You’ll communicate and present information to internal stakeholders. You will analyze information and identify opportunities to enhance offerings and maintain a strong relationship between the retail partner and Western Union and achieve annual revenue targets. You will be the key point person for communication from the partner and will drive internal company alignment to address any concerns across all business lines.

For such a pivotal role, you will have 7-10 years of experience managing relationships with large national retailers. You will exhibit thought leadership with demonstrated success for assessing opportunities for growth. You’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external executive leadership and work well in a highly visible position. You will be able to analyze information/data and successfully use systems such as PowerPoint and Excel. You will be available for travel as needed.

The annual gross base salary range is $104,625.00 – $191,812.50. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive commissions that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
