Now Hiring - Super Soccer Stars - Arts Entertainment And Recreation Regional Marketing Manager, NY & LA in New York, NY

Under the direction of the Head of Marketing, oversee the execution of all localized marketing efforts for the New York and Los Angeles regions; including but not limited to grassroots, social, email and event marketing to increase awareness of our brands and drive program/class/camp enrollment.

• Organize street team outreach and re-enrollment campaigns
• Oversee regional email marketing & SMS campaigns
• Research and present new potential event marketing opportunities
• Own planning, logistics, and onsite event execution and orchestration for consumer-facing, B2B and industry/trade events
• Collaborate with business development team to support the setup and execution of free class demonstrations at partner locations
• Identify & secure local brand partnerships for cross marketing opportunities
• Manage regional social accounts, creating and posting content that creates a connection with consumers, amplifies the brand and informs and engages followers
• Identify local advertising and marketing channels to reach target audience including camp listings, parent publications, Facebook Groups, mommy blogs, and social influencers.
• Lead corporate-held events to help engage employees in our mission, vision, and values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, communications, or sports management
• 1-2 years prior experience in sales, outreach, event marketing and/or promotions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to think laterally & problem solve in high pressure situations
• Natural leader with a talent for motivating others
• An outgoing personality and a passion for kids & sports
• Ability to travel to Los Angeles 1-2 times per month
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
