Common Bond Title, LLC provides title and closing services for lenders, credit unions, realtors, and consumers in Alabama and Florida. We help buyers and sellers finish one of the largest transactions in their lifetime.

AS A MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE you will serve customers by selling title insurance, closing services, and meeting their needs.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF:

• Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, establishing new accounts by planning, and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential real estate agents, loan officer/lenders, homebuilders, investors, and attorneys.
• Adjusting content of sale presentations by studying the type of customer calling on.
• Resolving customer complaints or issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
• Participating in marketing events, trade shows and industry events.
• Participating in the following organizations and their committees:
  • Homebuilders Association
  • Professional Women in Building
  • Association of Realtors
  • Mortgage Bankers Association
  • Mortgage Brokers Association
  • Credit Union Association
  • Young Professional Groups

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, meeting sales goals, closing the sale skills, territory management, prospecting skills.
• Self-confidence, self-motivation, and people skills.
• Product knowledge (title, closing, mortgage industry).
• Direct marketing experience at a title company or in a similar capacity in the greater Melbourne, Florida area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or management.

TRAVEL:

• Heavy travel in local area.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid car insurance.
• 2 -3 times per year out of state travel for client base conventions
