Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing
sales team. Working with our companys CRM databases you will establish, grow, and maintain
strong client contacts while increasing sales through those strong relationships. It is a combination
position of hunting, farming and harvesting of product sales opportunities, through initiating,
developing and then maintaining customer relationships selling medical products.
You will use telephone contacting techniques to establish new relationships, or service existing
accounts obtaining new product orders, and establishing accounts by planning and organizing your
daily work schedule to call on existing customers, or prospects for developing new potential sales
opportunities.
- Develop knowledge of companys product, service offerings, and what makes us different
- Prepare sales proposals matching customers needs and requests to company product
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keep management informed of current sales activity, and developing potential sales.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and conferences as needed.
- Maintain account records of sales and document customer communications in company
- Provide historical records by maintaining records in the CRM on customer sales.
- Contribute to sales team efforts by accomplishing related results as assigned and needed.
Sales Representative Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications:
Previous inside phone sales experience is required. Customer service oriented, meeting assigned
sales goals & quotas, strong closing skills, territory management utilizing CRM tool, prospecting
skills, negotiation skills, self-confidence, product knowledge development, ability to initiate and
develop client relationships, motivation for sales, team player, enthusiasm, persistence, curiosity to
learn and apply knowledge, and self-starter.
Compensation:
- Base plus commission

- 37-hour work week (3/4 day on Fridays)
