Full description of the position

Pierce Outdoors is looking for a people person with good communication skills, and listening skills to work with customers coming into our store. This person needs to have the ability to learn and retain all the information we teach to be the best salesperson in the outdoor furniture industry. Knowledge is everything in our industry and being able to communicate knowledge is even more important.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with customers to educate them on outdoor furniture and BBQ Grills.
• Communicate available inventory for purchase.
• Help customers with spatial planing and color coordination
• Keep our sales tools updated.
• Create price tags for items on showroom floor.
• Write up accurate sales orders.
• Keep customers up to date on their purchases.

• Must have good people skills
• Must be an honorable person.
• Must be a team player.
• Require good penmanship
• Must have good math skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced seasonal business
• Must be willing to help out doing all the things that need to be done to help the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
