Productive Plastics, Inc., located in Mount Laurel, NJ is a manufacturer of custom thermoformed components servicing the OEM marketplace. PPI, founded in 1955, recognized as an industry leader and poised for significant growth has moved into our third generation of family-owned leadership, seeks to fill our next pivotal position on the sales and marketing team.
The selected individual will be a member of the Productive Plastics, Inc. Business Development and Marketing team: This position will be responsible for Developing New Business and directing Productive Plastics Team’s in house support. This opportunity is ideal for someone ready to make a big impact in their sales and marketing career with a growing team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business related field.
· Industrial selling experience with custom product is preferred.
· 5-7+ years experience sales and/or marketing experience with technical sales.
· Proven Success identifying ideal opportunities and prospecting/hunting for new business
· Consultative Skills (not line card, used to being a part of a design, selling into OEM)
· Comfortable working with Engineering and technical type environments
· Experience w/ Sales Process & Managing a complex, consultative process w/ multiple decision makers
· Strong Passion for Sales, desire to make a large impact in an organization.
· Able to work remotely, has strong work ethic and is comfortable working in a metric based environment
· Comfortable with technology and tools - CRM, ERP, Microsoft Products, CAD, Prints,
· Technical ability in a process
· Activity management (metrics, tracking activities)
· Business Travel experience
· Previous Sandler Selling Process experience a plus
Responsibilities
· Implementing Sales Process
· Taking large opportunities through the entire sales process, Prospecting to closing
· Strong prospecting & closing skills
· Navigating complex multiple decisions makers
· Managing Technical team to support through sales process
· Negotiations during closing with Customers and suppliers both primary and supporting
Pay
· Salary plus commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
