Relocation Manager (Sales Trainee)
Job Description
This position requires face-to-face outside sales. NO WORK FROM HOME.
This position is for a Relocation Manager (Sales) for ADT Smart Home Security. The ideal candidate will have a track record of high success in a sales industry. They will be proficient in self generating sales and closing techniques.
We will provide the training, tools, and support system necessary for success if you provide the work ethic!
Income opportunity: Weekly Stipend plus commissions and bonuses
Growth Opportunity: Promotions available as soon as 3 months with successful completion of the trainee program
Total Target Compensation $88,000 - $100,000 Annually
Schedule starting out: Monday – Friday 10AM – 7PM with an hour lunch; Saturday 10AM – 3PM

Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers at their home utilizing company provided leads
- Entrepreneurial lead generation - Ability to self-generate business leads through creative, traditional and social media marketing
- Perseverance and productivity - overcome challenges and close the sale
- Account and time management -manage a customer pipeline
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Contacting customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects
- Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques
Qualifications:
- Ability to self-generate leads
- Confidence in the ability to initiate contact with self-generated leads
- Ability to build rapport with new homeowners during residential sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in electronic security sales with a track record of success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
