Description
We're looking for an Account Manager who will thrive working with multiple corporate clients to help support their business through technology. Building and maintaining strong relationships with an assigned set of clients by working closely with a team of technical consultants to deliver consistently exceptional service.
Requirements
- Manage relationships with assigned clients, including performing regular client reviews and resolving service and billing issues.
- Ensure new clients are onboarded to WorkSmart services efficiently and develop and deliver recommendations based on onboarding discoveries.
- Consult and advise assigned WorkSmart clients on best practices and strategies for IT systems and business planning. Develop, quote, and present solutions to clients.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working with and consulting small & medium businesses.
- Report key metrics weekly.

- Monthly Services under Management
- Project Labor Sales
- Net Promoter Score / Customer Satisfaction
You'll also need:
- excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- the desire and ability to learn new technology
This is a hybrid position. Employees will work both on-site and remotely.
