Sales Associates are needed for Smithfield, Goldsboro, Lillington, and Sanford, NC. We need someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn our business model and to duplicate it with consistency. We'll teach you everything you need to know, all you need to do is apply!! 

** Requires a North Carolina Real Estate License **

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead prospects through the Sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Follow-up with prospects pipeline including CRM usage by following our standardized process
• Implement lead generating activities – utilizing Adams Homes' guidelines for success.
• Establish rapport and professional present homes with excellence.
• Act as a liaison between Construction Superintendent, Sales Manager, and homebuyers from start to finish.
