Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for an Account Director to join our NAS Recruitment Innovation, an M3 company.
This position is fully remote and you will be able to work permanently from your home.
- Manage a roster of clients in multiple industries and locations across the nation, addressing wide-ranging projects from hiring strategies and employment branding to social media planning and programmatic media management
- Supports client meeting preparation, delivery, and execution.
- Deploy content to social media platforms based on pre-approved Content Calendar and discuss updates in content, metrics, and campaign reporting
- Provide support on project timeline management working with vendors to align with delivery
- Review campaign results to measure success and establish lessons learned to go forward
- Attend client's weekly servicing calls as needed to ensure tactical deliverables are being met and align with client expectations
- Manage, coordinate and attend necessary marketing vendor functions for execution
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, advertising or customer service in an account service role; experience in recruitment marketing is a strong plus
- 2 or 4-year college degree preferred
- Strong relationship management, presentation, and time-management skills
- Proven expertise managing detailed projects and activities across multiple clients
- Familiarity with social media management platforms
