This role offers an hourly rate of $17/hr for first 60 days then becomes commission based role with OTE of $65,000-85,000+ on an uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities:
- Overall Saves performance of the retention department
- Coach, train, and develop retention staff to highest level of performance
- Responsible for the Retention saves reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve department installation goals
- Audit retention reps customer conversations and hold accountable to maximize save performance
- Report all discrepancies and escalations to Director of Retention
- Track, manage save leads pipeline
- Work hand in hand with Operations manager for best overall department performance
- Address any interdepartmental project mishandling and develop processes to rectify
- Present solutions for systemic issues to the director with appropriate interdepartmental collaboration
- Individually contribute to saves and installs
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work well with other management teams
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to meet or exceed department goals and objectives
- Ability to own and develop and improve processes to obtain goals and objectives
- Solution oriented
- Ability to project manage in collaboration with other departments
- Ability to coach train and develop team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of Sales experience
- 1-3 years of Leadership experience
