Optimum Conversion is a sales performance company based out of Gorham, Maine. We offer a full-service sales solution – including strategy, execution, and expansion. By combining these services, our team can deliver our clients immediate results while building long term, scalable processes.

Our founders are top achieving “corporate dropouts” that knew they could deliver abundant client results while creating a value-based culture. Since inception, we have grown like crazy and are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to take us to the next level.

The mission of the Account Executive (AE) is to generate and close new business opportunities for our clients. Success in this role provides a fast-track opportunity into an Account Director position. The AE will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses to help them succeed and grow.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

· Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation

· Qualify and conduct sales opportunities from initial contact to close

· Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our products and services

· Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

· Consistently achieve monthly quota of new and qualified opportunities

· Achieve assigned metric targets via various prospecting methods

· Perform outbound email, social and telephone prospecting campaigns

· Answer incoming calls and emails from prospective clients

· Leverage LinkedIn for new business opportunities

· Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

· 1+ years of SDR/BDR or Account Management experience

· Highly self-motivated with a client-first mentality

· Strong sense of responsibility and desire to hit goals

· Understanding of real estate investing preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation:

This is a salary + commission role with a base of $45,000 and OTE of $90,000.
