The Role:
The Primary Care Sales Director’s main purpose is to sell ConvenientMD’s differentiated primary care model to the business community – employers and brokers, with the goal of enrolling groups to enable us to hit ambitious patient goals. Selling to communities like senior centers or trade organizations would also be part of the role. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, hands-on, and metrics orientated with a passion for exploring various approaches and audiences to learn what works best. We are seeking a team member with a proven record of executing strong sales strategies utilizing a high touch approach.
What you’ll do:
- Develop ConvenientMD’s APC data-driven B2B sales strategy to drive new business, as well as expand the existing customer base within ConvenientMD primary care
- Own the patient acquisition goals for ConvenientMD Advanced Primary Care building patient panels for our primary care providers (PCP)
- Build, execute & optimize account-based campaigns to drive pipeline growth and patient enrollment leveraging key channels
- Develop and nurture an employer sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools and techniques to convert leads to successful sales
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to Build, execute and test acquisition processes, content and offers to optimize future results and generate patient enrollment. Target 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments driving pipeline growth.
- Build partnerships with brokers to identify employer targets; leveraging these relationships to engage employers and enroll their employees in the APC membership model
- Engage ConvenientMD Urgent Care team members to convert patients, cross-selling APC and executing on tactics that drive successful UC patient conversion
- Think creatively and contribute to growth strategies, while executing on the tactics
- Develop and optimize on operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
- Develop and optimize pipeline generation and lead routing to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates, and improve the integrity of the overall database
- Establish tracking and measurement to optimize campaigns and marketing tactics based on real-time results, while reporting on the value delivered by demand generation efforts
Who you are:
- Exceptional ability to close sales deals
- Proven track record of successful sales results on either healthcare provider side or on the health plan or health insurance broker side
- Patient census build with a Medical Group or Health System experience preferred
- Successful member growth for a health insurance broker or health plan preferred
- Experience in commercial insurance sales, benefits and employer broker channels a plus (5+ years’ experience preferred)
- Ability to adapt based on data with demonstrated record of making data driven decisions to continually optimize and drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to explain complex topics in an engaging way
- Willingness to experiment and ability to think creatively
Travel:
Significant travel required, up to 90%
