Monarch Staffing (Chester County/Montgomery County territory) is looking for a dynamic and focused Account Executive.
This position will be an integral part of our business development team and support the continued growth of Monarch Staffing in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Responsibilities include; prospecting, relationship building, presentations, negotiations, client on-boarding, and follow up.

Accepting candidates at all experience levels (at least 1 year B2B Sales minimum)

• Experience; Preferred 2+ years experience business to business sales, any experience in staffing or staffing sales is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented, a team player and open to attending networking events.
• On the job training, full benefits after 90 days.
