NaturaLawn of America , Leader in Organic-Based Lawn Care, is currently interviewing for full-time experienced sales closers for our Montgomeryville sales office. This is NOT a remote position.

Our highly skilled team of Professional Sales Closers are responsible for handling a high volume of incoming inquiries throughout the day from prospective customers requesting more information about our safer lawn care products and programs. Qualified applicants must have proven sales experience in short cycle, business-to-consumer sales.

During our peak inquiry periods in the spring, our sales closers average 10-12+ sales per day. You must be experienced in this type of high-paced sales environment. Our Professional Sales Closers also must be extremely proficient working with computers.

Our direct mail programs and media exposure generates thousands of incoming calls and internet leads. Our Inside Sales Reps are responsible to handle these inquiries, explain our services in detail, and convert their interest to a new customer.

This is NOT an entry level sales position. Qualified candidates must have extensive experience selling over the phone to be considered. Professional sales reference are also required.

Guaranteed base pay of $19+ per hour PLUS a sales bonus paid with every sale. Experienced sales rep earns $25-$30+ per hour . If you are a seasoned sales closer, you can make considerably more! Position also includes medical and dental benefits, and 401k. Hours M-Th 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-6pm. No weekends!
