Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price

2. Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

3. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

4. Display and market real property to possible buyers

5. Prepare necessary paperwork

6. Maintain and update listings of available properties

7. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors

8. Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors

9. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

10. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Job Qualifications:

1. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skill

2. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skill

3. Pleasant and trustworthy

4. Ability to use computer programs well

5. Real estate sales associate or brokers license
