Summary of Position
This individual will report to the Director of Digital Marketing & Web Analytics and will be responsible for the vetting, routing, and reporting of leads generated from the web. This role will require the individual to gain a deep understanding of the organization and the greater sales team in order to route leads appropriately. This individual should have strong expertise in process, tracking, and communication. This role will require strong people skills and the individual should be detail oriented.
Additionally, this person should be comfortable interacting with all levels of the business, including providing reports to senior management. The right candidate will have some experience in working in a CRM system. A background in sales would be helpful. Working knowledge of lead vetting and converting required. Must be comfortable picking up the phone to gather additional information.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Vet all incoming web leads – this includes calling and emailing to follow up with the lead to determine who best to route the lead to within the organization.
- Warm up leads – gather additional information not included in our web forms based on the needs of a particular line of business. Example: collecting licensure information from nurse leads.
- Track leads – Keep a record of leads coming in, the additional information discovered through outreach, and who it was ultimately assigned to.
- Follow-up on leads – keep track of where leads are in the conversion to business process. Follow-up with internal Judge employees to check on status of leads with no activity.
- Report on performance – regular reporting on lead generation and conversion to be provided to manager and senior leadership.
- Track data analytics, gather data to help sales close deals, and work on miscellaneous marketing projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
- 1+ Years of experience working in a business environment
- Some experience working with a CRM system
- Competency working with all levels of business, including senior management
- Good phone and people skills
- Sales experience a plus
- Background in lead processing and reporting
- Demonstrate high levels of competence in communication and data reporting
- Knowledge of reporting systems like Birst or Power BI
- Must have proven skills in being process-driven, organized and analytical and have an understanding for data, analytics, and measurement
- PC proficiency required. A high degree of comfort with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Industry experience in recruiting/staffing a plus, but not required
