Our World Energy is seeking a highly-motivated and Experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals that are ready to recruit, train and manage a team of 5-10 high performing sales representatives.

Our World Energy is one of the fastest growing renewable energy companies in Arizona, and pride ourselves on our culture, above average compensation plan, and ability to have the highest - while at the same time, the best quality solar installations in the state.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Our World Energy professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry

• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

• Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills

• All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts.
