Monroe Staffing has partnered with a growing company in Fall River, MA.

This is an exciting full-time position with responsibilities in account management, order entry and assisting in trade shows. We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented team player who is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining assigned customer list; traveling to and assisting with trade shows.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5PM.

Responsibilities: What you will be doing on a regular basis.

• Proactively manages assigned customer list.
• Achieve maximum sales with each client.
• Cold calling.
• To follow company’s procedures with attention to detail.
• Data entry of customer orders.
• Problem solving: to listen to, handle and resolve complaints, including out of stock issues, product issues and credit issues.
• To answer incoming calls in a timely and consistent manner.
• To continually seek and apply new or improved selling skills, strategies and ideas.
• To attend trade shows and including setting up and tearing down trade show booths.
• Calling assigned accounts to make contact on a consistent basis.
• Thorough knowledge and experience using Microsoft programs, especially Excel. Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management and working with customers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as proof-reading abilities.
• Database administration.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Strategic mindset, with proven analytical and quantitative skills
• Proactively asks for feedback, constructively responds to feedback given, and implements changes based on feedback.
• Be goal-oriented: focused on the objective for the project and not just the specific tasks.
• Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Have a strong project management ability.
• Excel at workflow improvement for existing processes and development of processes where there are none.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
