Mullen Bros. Jewelers, a family-owned and operated jewelry store, is looking for a motivated, results-orientated, experienced sales professional to join our team.

Your primary focus is to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure that their experience in our store is superior. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing superior service to every client, providing strong product knowledge to clients, calling clients for events, occasions or the arrival of new merchandise and working as part of a team to meet individual and store goals and objectives. As a small family-owned business, all of our team members must work together and be willing to handle a wide variety of tasks. While jewelry or sales experience is a plus, our main goal is a team of bright and talented people, with a great attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Team-player that shows a willingness to contribute to the Mullen Bros. team on many levels
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Learning the product, our services and being able to communicate that to our clients effectively to build sales
• Committing yourself to building and maintaining strong, loyal client relationships
• Saturdays and some holidays a must
• Client service a priority

Skill Summary

• Results-oriented, motivated individual that has an entrepreneurial outlook
• Retail jewelry sales experience a plus with strong presentation skills
• Diamond/Jewelry certifications a plus
• Positive, altruistic and energetic attitude
• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment, with periods of both high and low pace
• Ability to learn new procedures, systems and software
• Ability to communicate with customer, peers and management
• Comfortable working in a family-operated environment
• Strong computer literacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
