Our Customer Loyal Representatives will work directly with our Service Team.

• ENTREPRENEURSHIP SPIRIT TO HELP BUILD THIS NEW DIVISION
• INSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE HELPFUL
• EXCEPTIONAL PHONE SKILLS PREFERRED
• GREET EACH CLIENT ON THEIR FIRST VISIT TO SERVICE DEPARTMENT
• ACCURATE COMPLETION OF ALL PAPERWORK FOR EACH CLIENT
• MEET RETENTION NUMBERS SET FORTH BY SERVICE MANAGER
• ABILITY TO LEARN ABOUT AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
• TEAM PLAYER WITH ABILITY TO BUILD CUSTOMER RAPPORT AND SATISFACTION
• IMPROVE RETENTION OF SERVICE CUSTOMERS
• ABILITY TO CONVEY PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND DEMONSTRATE ACCORDINGLY
