Welcome to Pine Barrens Realty, we require three things in order to apply for the Licensed Sales Person Position. Have a positive attitude, call your leads more than 3 times and LOVE what you do.

We supply the following:

1) Leads, Training & you will not just be a number like most big real estate firms.

2) Our office assistance will enter your leads into your personal data base.

3) We pay for your lawn sign & business cards.

4) No Desk Fee, No Admin Fee, No Technology Fee.

5) 80% Split if its you lead / 50%% Split if its our lead

6) Splits only go up never go down.

7) Take a vacation & let us handle your files so you don't have to work on your vacation.

8) Have marketing ideas, lets talk about them.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $57,749.00 - $317,841.00 per year
