Now Hiring - Real Estate Closing Agent in Dandridge, TN

Duties include, but not limited to ordering real estate title work, curing real estate title problems, issuing the title commitment, communicating with the mortgage lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers, scheduling closings, preparing the loan closing package and other documents required for the transaction, schedules and coordinates the signing of closing documents, explaining the documents being signed, distributes closing funds, and makes sure the closing is conducted and documents are recorded in compliance with applicable regulations.

Previous experience/knowledge of the real estate industry, or mortgage lending is required. Strong communication skills and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to multi task in a sometimes stressful environment. Strong computer skills.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
