Onward Search needs a Sales Manager for a nationally recognized toy and game company.

This is a 5 month contract opportunity - Remote

As a Sale Manager you will:
Create and develop customer relationships
Work closely to develop sales strategies and tactics
Deliver revenue targets within key categories
Forecast as well as develop and lead joint business plans
Track POS and adjust plans accordingly
Use promotional support to increase sales and manage customer budgets
Work with cross-functional teams: marketing, product development, account support, logistics, accounts payables, finance, flow planning, data management

Required Skills:

• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
• Results-oriented individual, with a sense of urgency
• Sophisticated analytical/Excel/PC skills

** Top 3 skills include a history with forecasting, strong excel skills and strong analytic skills.

Required Education/Experience:
BBA/BA/BS
5+ years of experience in a high-paced, driven environment, with a consistent track record for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Mid-Level - Requires technical knowledge, training and understanding of a job's requirements. Typically possesses 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
