Salary Range: $48000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Base Salary Plus Commissions

• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, presents options, and closes new business.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Prospects for new business by following new business leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, out bound prospecting and lead databases.

• Prior sales experience.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Must be highly organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in selling AND closing business.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and as a valued team member.
