The National Accounts Coordinator reports to the Director of National Accounts, and is located in Mansfield, MA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position helps maintain and grow the customer relationship for multi-unit restaurants, universities, and health care facilities. This position provides product solutions including restaurant supplies, disposables, and light equipment. Responsibilities range from order entry/customer service, to working with multi-unit contacts providing product information, product recommendations, availability of merchandise, pricing, delivery status, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Key point of contact for assigned National Account customers
  • Works collaboratively with purchasing team and vendors to provide product solutions
  • Responsible for order entry, estimation, service call coordination and Lawson conversion
  • Work within established pricing guidelines ensure margin targets are met
  • Furnishes product information and website resources to existing and prospective accounts
  • Coordinate product rollouts, opening packages, and website content for assigned accounts
  • Communicates with sales team and customer to obtain and process orders via computer-based order entry system
  • Process return requests/pickups by customers and forwards to appropriate manager for approval
  • Create required internal reports
  • Participate in product training as necessary, travel to customer sites as required

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency
  • Outstanding customer service skills: ability to organize and follow-up timely with multiple priorities
  • Ability to problem solve for common inquiries
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and customers
  • Ability to successfully contribute in a team environment
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 1-4 years inside sales experience
  • Basic products knowledge of restaurant supplies or related foodservice experience a plus; knowledge of china, glassware, and flatware a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Work and Excel
  • Prior sales building/account penetration experience a plus
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidates unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMarks benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
