Responsibilities include:

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Scheduling appointments for multiple brands using proven word tracks and Speedcraft Group process.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Ability to use multiple computer programs simultaneously.
• Facilitate the “ease of appointment” for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage daily objectives and customer experience.
• Great Attitude.
• Exceeding customer expectations.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of objectives and performance.
• Constant customer interaction.
