A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Associate Account Manager, you will develop long-term relationships with customers while over seeing and managing their accounts. Applying your problem-solving skills, you will resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers within a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Hands on experience in sales and a proven track record of delivering an excellent customer experience
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
