Position Description

Responsibilities

• Sell all of our wildlife services.
• Provide consistent, friendly, and high quality service to clients
• Conduct inspections for pests, pest harborages and pest entry ways
• Determine, recommend and provide required pest management services per government and company guidelines
• Inform customers on how to reduce pest pressures through proper sanitation, storage and landscaping
• Prepare written reports for customers and explain services in a clear and friendly manner
• Operate and maintain service vehicle, and other service equipment, per government and company guidelines
• Utilize, secure and store products and materials in strict accordance with labels, and government and company guidelines
• Ensure required equipment, products and materials are on service vehicle to perform scheduled services
• Document service activities as required and submit paperwork as directed
• Maintain licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required, and participate in company training as directed
• Propose additional company services to customers as appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed

Qualifications

• Prior sales and customer service experience
• Valid drivers license; driving record that meets or exceeds company minimum requirements
• Applicant must live within the local service area
• Ability to use computer-based technology such as smartphone, tablet, e-mail, and customer database
• High School diploma required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements
• Experience in the service industry a plus
