This role can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Summary
Covetrus is searching for a Sr. Analyst to join the Global Financial Services team in it's fast growing Fintech category . You will be a key contributor to executing a global payments strategy that coordinates payment processing across each of our distribution and technology business units while best addressing the needs of our customers in both the near and long-term. Covetrus accepts payment for more than $1B in credit card transaction volume and facilitates more than $4B in referral credit card transaction volume.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience
  • Bachelor degree required, finance or business preferred
  • Computer navigation and operation skills
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Requires negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner appropriate to any audience (all levels of management, employees, clients and public
  • Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
  • Requires excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
  • Limited field activity may occur but only on an infrequent basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Drives development of global payment processing business, including sales, marketing, onboarding and retention
  • Supports initiatives of field sales organization and generates prospective leads
  • Informs customers of company promotions and upgrades, finds a solution that is right for the customer and uses influential techniques to motivate customers and encourages timely purchases to meet qualifications for discounts
  • Qualifies leads, identifies decision makers, determines customer needs, explains product/service alternatives, recommends most suitable products/service(s), identifies features and benefits
  • Reports daily or weekly activity to Director of Global Financial Services
  • May respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems
  • Prepares required sales and onboarding documentation.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
