Focus on providing highest level of client service knowing that the operations side of the transaction is handled. Leverage the team in order to do what you do best: talk with people, consult them on their real estate needs, negotiate on their behalf, help them transition into their new home, all while creating raving fans and life long relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Be a resource for your sphere and potential clients
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in order to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Create relationships lasting beyond the transaction

• Team player and organized
• Licensed real estate professional
• 2+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to follow conversation frameworks
• Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $198,326.96 per year
