About this opportunity

The Construction Enterprise Sales Executive reports to the VP of Business Development and is responsible for driving new revenue through targeted accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise software and/or SaaS sales. This role will drive revenue growth by identifying and working targeted accounts through the entire buyer’s journey. The individual must be able to comfortably engage with all levels of prospects, across multiple industries, using all available mediums including phone, email, and social media. Specific experience selling into financial services, accounting, technology, and insurance a plus. The ideal person will be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop new customers
  • Execute a sales prospecting plan to penetrate target accounts and capture significant market share within the Construction and Owner industries
  • Daily contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails and other marketing methods
  • Generate leads by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead management in an effort to qualify potential prospects
  • Maintain high daily call activity to reach buyers, influencers or decision makers to meet the required number of scheduled discovery meetings
  • Passionately support our commitment to creating an outstanding experience for our prospects and customers
  • Map out client organizations with account plans and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on decision-makers
  • Build relationships with agencies that represent the client
  • Partner with the Autodesk Cloud Services (ACS) team and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and capitalize on all aspects of client’s marketing spend
  • Create and present solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Identify additional upsell and partnership opportunities
  • You will gather and share customer feedback internally
  • You will track and accurately forecast revenue to our executive team
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience (AEC industry or software technology industry preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and computer skills
  • Demonstrated history of sales success and sales management
  • Knowledge of Autodesk and/or other BIM/CAD, GIS, and FM software preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline
  • 7+ years in an enterprise sales role
  • Proven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goals
