Regional Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will market our services in a predetermined area to create and develop the relationships needed to drive business. In short, you will get to meet people and get paid for it! All with the goal of making sure All Dry Services is the name people think of when water/mold/odor disasters strike.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Below is a list of activities that our Regional Marketer will perform on a daily/weekly basis:

• Build relationships with area insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, contractors, roofers, etc.
• Drive to referral partner locations to engage partners and increase brand awareness (100 unique locations per week)
• Log referral partner location visits via company provided iPad
• Track and record marketing items given out to referral partners
• Manage driving route via software provided
• Take calls from job lead sources and schedule follow-ups
• Determine creative ways to generate job referrals
• Perform other duties as needed/requested by the GM

Base Requirements:

• Current/active driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Required to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• High school education or equivalent
• Background check performed on applicants prior to hiring decisions

Compensation:

Job/Pay type: Full-time, salaried

Estimated annual compensation: $35,000

Commission: Tiered commission structure with unlimited compensation potential
