We are seeking several charismatic and high-energy Sales Consultants to join our growing team!

Essential Functions:

• Greets customers and assists them as required to maintain the highest level of customer service, guide them through our showroom and website to present product
• Consultants are responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, networking within the community to drive traffic
• Sales experience, preferably with furniture or other large ticket or luxury merchandise, however ongoing training and support are provided to assist you with your success.
• Strong commitment to meeting and surpassing our customer’s needs
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all vendor products, pricing, and local competition to effectively share product knowledge with our customers to guide them to the correct decisions to meet their home’s needs and measurements
• Demonstrate initiative to grow your business and achieve monthly goals
• Work in an upbeat, fast paced, positive team environment
• Be comfortable working both independently and as a part of the team to achieve success
• Demonstrate comfort with basic computer skills, time management and organizational skills
• Actively listen to and engage customers , using appropriate selling skills to match the customer's needs, and ensure their decisions build long-term relationships
• Detail oriented, monitor all open price quotes, provide follow-up on all orders from sale through delivery
• Build/maintain a client base and provide creative furnishing solutions for customers’ needs

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service and people skills, selling to customer needs.
• Product knowledge. General math skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, listening and leadership skills.
• Initiative to meet assigned sales goals, missions and objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport.
• Dependable.

Medium Exerting 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 lbs. of force frequently and or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
