M.NEVES INC., is now accepting Branch Manager applicants for our Foster RI branch.
Applicant should have 5 years experience in a management position within the landscape industry.

The Branch Manager for the Foster RI branch will be responsible for all aspects of operations, sales and quality of service. The Branch Manager will be responsible for meeting customer retention goals, financial goals, overall quality, safety implementation, and training & recruiting of employees at all levels. The Branch Manager will report directly to the Executive Team.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

• LANDSCAPE MAINTENACE CREWS & EQUIPMENT
• SNOW REMOVAL
• SCHEDULING
• MEETING ESTIMATED COSTS
• SITE VISITS TO CONFIRM QUALITY
• MANAGE STAFF
• MEET SALES GOALS
• NEW LEADS
• EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT & RETENTION
• TRAINING & SAFETY
• COMMUNICATION WITH CORPORATE OFFICE
• CTC REPORTS & SALES REPORTS
• IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL REPORTS SPECIFIC TO BRANCH
• CRM INPUT
• IDENTIFYING NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS & MAKING NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS
• COMMUNITY INTERACTION
• SUPPORT MA & CT BRANCHES
• ASSIST WITH NORTHERN VIRGINIA EXPANSION
• OCCASIONAL PLANNED TRAVEL FL & VA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Business development: 3 years (Required)
