Responsibilities;

• Nurture relationships to build clientele
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Exhibit consultative selling skills
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority
• Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Becoming a team player that is committed to winning!

Qualifications;

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Eager to learn, improve and grow
• Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred, but not required

Earning first year opportunity: Salary and Commission structure, $75000-$125000.
