The Sales Administrator will support our sales and marketing teams as ConnectPay continues its yearly 30% growth. This role will manage CRM data for accuracy and completeness and work with the Marketing Team on sales campaigns to our small business clients.
Requirements:
- Creating and maintaining Sales Activity and Management Reports
- Cleansing and managing data input manually and via list ingestion
- Coordinating sales campaigns with Marketing
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team.
- Assists with a variety of sales activities including meeting scheduling, maintenance of sales literature inventory, and client service regarding products and pricing.
- Generates and distributes reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings.
- Supporting acquired Salespeople as they onboard to our Sales framework and HS in particular
- Goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software , HubSpot preferred, and MS Office with intermediate Excel (including pivot table competence) preferred
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Passionate about the small business clients
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree is marketing or business preferred
