We are an established, dynamic, growing Insurance Agency that is looking for experienced candidates who are seeking a long-term commitment in a positive and progressive work environment where they can reach their potential and grow with our company.

The Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for assisting our major key accounts with service needs and making changes to existing accounts; meeting service and sales delivery standards, and performing essential functions to the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

Requirements Include:

• Effective communicator with proven skills relating to ideas to others.
• Five years plus Commercial Lines experience.
• Detail, deadline, and multi-task oriented.
• Must have a working knowledge of insurance agency management software, insurance rating software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Service of commercial lines insurance policies
• Sales of commercial lines insurance policies (quotable prospects provided)
• Ability to resolve client concerns and issues
• Advise and assist clients by explaining coverage options/exclusions, making coverage recommendations, requesting policy changes, handling premium collections, and answering questions and concerns of the client. Responds to client service requests in a timely manner that will avoid potential E&O issues.
• Account round of existing accounts (commissions plus incentives)
• Refer accounts to the personal lines department (incentives)
• Maintain client accounts on agency automation system Applied-Epic, document conversations, properly attach documents in Epic, send confirmations to insured’s, and adheres to all other automation procedures that are or become established. Maintains follow-up and suspense system for outstanding orders and correspondence, follows-up on overdue and suspense items. Responds to carrier requests for additional information in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
