Help Wanted: Real Estate Sales and Vacation Rental Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales and vacation rental agent to join our team. As an agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers and clients through in a variety of situations including sales and vacation rentals.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify and understand their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and renters
• Negotiate deals and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate sales and vacation rental agent, OR a can-do spirit and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Active real estate license, OR a willingness to obtain a real estate salespersons license

Compensation: This is a commission-based position, with compensation based on sales and rentals. The earning potential is unlimited, and our agents have a proven track record of success in the industry.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
