SUMMARY:

This professional will be responsible for the implementation and subsequent management of the S&OP process in Petrochoice.

The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

• Understanding of Petrochoice current processes connected to a typical S&OP cycle
• Mapping of data requirements for running a full cycle
• Alignment and connection with Brazilian Data Excellence team for support on data analytics tools and templates
• Design of the initial Petrochoice S&OP cycle and future iterations
• Connect and facilitate all the areas involved in the full cycle and its respective planning meetings
• Manage the agendas and lead the discussion on all S&OP cycle meetings (marketing, phase in/out, commercial, ops capabilities, forecast, executive)
• Evaluation of the complete value chain scenarios

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University with 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATH ABILITY:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software.
