Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager, to support and develop our residential sales team. This position is a full time inside management position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and direct a residential sales team
• Interview and hire salespeople
• Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings
• Results driven toward goal achievement

Requirements:

• 2 to 5+ years managing sales team
• Luxury and/or residential sales background of at least 2 years
• Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
• Positive attitude towards achievement
• Coaching, training and sales team improvement skills
• Great communication, organization and coordination skills
• Presentation skills in classroom or group setting
• Working knowledge of Windows Office
• Excel a plus
• PowerPoint Presentation a plus
• Previous Assistant Sales Manager experience a plus

This is a full-time, salaried position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
