Responsibilities Include:

*Answer customers inbound calls a timely, friendly manner.

* Follow up on missed appointments.

*Follow up with internet leads via phone, text and email to secure an appointment.

*Contact customers prior to their appointment date to confirm appointment.

*Follow up on their visit to ensure they were satisfied and see if there is anything further we can do to earn their business.

*Ensure all Salespeople are following up on their leads

*Assist Sales Managers in solving all customer issues.

*Manage and coach BDC Representative on how to properly handle all incoming internet and phone inquiries

· Proactively pursue customer retention lists/programs

· Set appointments for customers to come into the dealership

· Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for the service of their vehicle

· Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

· Work in close partnership with management to provide appropriate information to the customer

· Hold employees in the BDC accountable for required daily work tasks and to follow processes provided

· Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Automotive business

*Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

*Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

* Professional personal appearance.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate solutions to others.

*eLeads, CDK/ADP experience a plus but not mandatory
· Must feel comfortable learning and using email and phone scripts

· Must have strong typing skills
* Must be reliable
