Job Description:

The Product Inside Sales & Customer Support Analyst will successfully manage inbound purchases, customer support, new-user onboarding, and training for [please apply online] Project Management software, Gantter.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to improve conversion from trial users to paying customers, including sales demos and written proposals.
  • Provide direct purchasing and sales support to existing customers to upsell or promote new offerings.
  • Create and conduct training for new prospects and/or existing customers.
  • Provide online and telephone customer support with timely resolution of reported issues in Freshdesk (ticketing system).
  • Educate customers on Gantter features and functionality.
  • Escalate issues, situations, or problems to appropriate Product or Development departments.
  • Reports directly to sales leadership, working closely with marketing and campaigns
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. Maintain accountability for all KPIs and activity associated with your activity expectations
  • Execute a high volume of outbound prospecting calls, emails, and associated outreach
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and new industry and technology developments
  • Manage activity goals in your assigned territory, accounts, and industries
  • Conduct ongoing qualification, schedule meetings, events, and demos with key customer decision-makers
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows and promptly follow up on leads from various sources
  • Consistently maintain sales opportunity and customer status information in our (CRM) system.
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and updates
  • Interface with other functional groups, project teams, and internal stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers toward the goal of jointly achieving assigned quotas

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Some knowledge using CRM, and Google products (sheets, docs, google calendar)
  • Customer service and product demo experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technical environment.
  • Preferred experience selling SaaS products in the AEC Industry
  • Experience as a project manager is a bonus, not a requirement.

The office location is on the border of East Greenwich, and Warwick.

This will be an office environment, once fully trained you will have the potential to work from home.
