We certainly value those who have experience in automotive sales, but have just as much interest in those who have a strong background in other customer related fields, such as hospitality, restaurant, hotel, airline. If you have the skill set of friendly and focused conversation, and the aptitude to learn our products, we have the ability to teach you to become a highly successful automotive sales associate. Bottom line, we’re looking for the right person, not the next person.

Be the next one on our sales team to earn a six-digit income. We say $40k to $110k range in conversation. Fact is $40k is low, and the majority of the team is close to or over $100k, with some well over.
