U.S. Renewables Solutions, a division USESI, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Associate for its location in Mansfield, MA. This position can be hybrid with 2 or 3 days per week in the office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process orders and assist with customers inquiries over the phone, via email, and at the counter.
• Record and enter orders into computer accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and quickly communicate problem items and orders to customer.
• Monitor and maintain calling, open order, back order, and trouble queue’s.
• Provide new and current customers with product information including pricing, delivery, inventory stocking, backorder availability, and value added product information.
• Negotiates and establishes sales quotes based on volume of products purchased and nature of marketplace to effectively offer competitive pricing and ensure the highest profitability.
• Evaluates problem accounts/orders and works with appropriate personnel to develop strategies, tactics and contingency plans to obtain desired market share.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the branch manager, including but not limited to warehouse and administrative functions.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience within electrical distribution and/or solar products.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Eclipse software a plus.
• Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task.
