Do you enjoy dealing with people and getting things done? We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team! This role will be a central point of communication between our sales team, our internal team and our customers. In this role, you will be a key player enabling efficient and effective communication that positively impacts our customers’ experience.

• Office front desk, general email and phone coverage
• Provide coordination assistance between the external sales team and the internal teams
• Manage and provide concise instruction on standard practices for all aspects of the product and trial return processes, as well as keeping detailed documentation logs on all customer interactions
• Assist sales reps and lead install technician on coordinating ship dates with installation schedule
• Provide support for new customer documentation requests, contract submissions, technical support requests and sales related follow ups as needed
• Document and update internal customer database and records based on interactions

• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person, on the phone and via email
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Google Suites products
• Able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment, as well as take initiative to update internal procedures for efficiencies
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Receptionist or Customer Service a plus
• Bachelor or Associate Degree Preferred
