Full description of the position

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at our Philadelphia area location! We are seeking someone who has good communication skills, professional appearance and wants to move up into leadership. No sales or customer service background required, we'll provide the training and mentorship required for the right candidate.

We work with companies that are changing the world for the better! Your initial role will be to engage with customers and provide information about the negative environmental impact of carbon emissions, products and services we offer to reduce their impact, answer questions related to the products, and persuade the customer to subscribe today.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and identify needs for our products
• Learn our sales systems and scripts
• Achieve individual standards and quotas
• Handle customer questions and objections
• Be a positive part of a great team environment!

We offer:

• Weekly base pay
• Weekly commissions (uncapped!)
• Monthly bonuses and incentives

Experience and Education required:

• Some experience in customer sales or service preferred
