In this roll you will be in a fast - paced sales environment, interface with clients and senior leadership, and will be involved in all components of the business operation including recruitment, training, project management, client services, strategy, and continuous improvement.
You will manage and grow alternative business opportunities within our industry including, schools, camps and other business defined as institutional within our organization.
You will be the lead in bringing forward sales initiatives and programs working within multi departments within Native Maine.
Managing contracts and negotiation timelines, ensuring that contracts requirements are met
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, supervisory position with business hours that conform to industry and customer needs. Some weekend days maybe included
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Inside Sales Supervisor are responsible for the day-to-day activity and development of outbound sales projects within a complex call center environment. Is responsible for ensuring sales results and a quality customer experience. Managing an account list, contract listings and ensure client satisfaction while ensuring the overall adherence to polices and procedure. This position reports to Customer Service Manager
Assists senior management in the development and mentoring of Customer service and Outside Sales Teams
Develop and maintain strategy on ensuring customer satisfaction on all sales transactions
Preform Marketing role and insures social media presence
Provide team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities
Proven ability to meet performance targets, operating efficiencies, processing improvements, people development, and quality assurance
Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will understand how to set, assign, and achieve objectives. This position requires an advanced degree of leadership, creative thinking, and dedication to people. The right candidate will exhibit good business judgment and acumen and be both confident and flexible in their views. This position will require the ability to work with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute on departmental initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Food Service Industry
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
Associate degree and/or relevant work experience
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Strong supervisory experience including staff development
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & Power-Point
Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others
Superior knowledge of call center tools and technology used to manage KPIs
Possess effective conflict resolution skills (with both internal and external customers)
Proven leader with strong time management, planning, organizational and multitasking skills
Ability and eagerness to learn new products and system
Ability to work in a professional fast-paced environment
