World Cabinetry is a small business in Lumberton, NJ. We are fast-paced, customer-centric and our goal is to find a motivated team-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. World Cabinetry is an exclusive wholesaler of the J&K Cabinetry line. .

Our firm is seeking a Sales Associate to provide clients with high quality and professional service. We are looking for candidates who have a drive and passion to ensure that client needs are met and who would be comfortable working with our clients to make a lasting relationship. The right candidate will also have excellent communication skills and an interest in managing their own time and work assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer problems regarding merchandise or services.
• Provide sincere, friendly, and energetic customer service
• Assist customers with special orders, backorders, shipping and tracking order
• Enter orders and provide sales quotes to clients
• Conducting weekly sales calls to current customers
• Proficient with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Programs
• Knowledge of the 2020 and Pro-Kitchen Design Platforms.
• Assist showroom customers by answering their questions and explaining products

**This position will offer a monthly salary amount and commission based upon sales.**
