DCD Automotive Holdings and Boch Toyota South is looking for an Accessory Sales Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have an upbeat and friendly personality. We are looking for an individual that will engage customers and make their purchasing experience as enjoyable as possible. We will train the right person for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance with purchasing accessories to every customer entering into an agreement to purchase or lease a vehicle.
• Makes customers aware of all accessories available for their vehicle.
• Explains features and benefits of accessories accurately and effectively.
• Completes accessory sell sheets and processes paperwork accurately in accordance with established dealership policies and procedures.
• Sells and delivers a minimum number of accessories per month in accordance with sales goals established by Management.
• Satisfies the accessory needs of vehicle purchaser / lessee.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive Experience is preferred
• Direct Sales Experience
